The Dragon's Way Principles:

The Dragon's Way program brings the body back into a healthy balance by focusing on building Qi (your life force or vital energy) and connecting to your body's innate ability to heal itself. Through the Dragon's Way program you learn how to reconnect with your body and address the underlying root cause of your body's imbalances. These imbalances are the very cause of weight gain, depression, stress and various other health problems.  The Dragon's Way combines three unique self-healing tools:


Qi Gong (Energy) Movements

These slow, gentle movements from the Wu Ming Qigong tradition help reawaken your body's ability to heal by relieving energy stagnation in the body. They can be done by virtually anyone, anywhere, in any physical condition. 


Eating For Healing

For millennia, TCM has understood that all foods carry a special energy signature that is directly related to a specific organ and can help it heal. The Dragon's Way uses everyday foods specifically selected to strengthen your body's vital energy.


Lifestyle Changes

According to TCM, chronic stress creates imbalances in the body that can lead to weight problems and a host of other health issues. Through the program, participants learn to recognize unhealthy lifestyle habits and make choices that promote health and healing. Each class concludes with a guided meditation conducted by Dr. McCollum to help release stress, which is beneficial when letting go of excess weight.

Dr. McCollum will be offering this popular course four times over the next six months in order to make it available to everyone.
